How do I book an appointment?Appointments may be booked online. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all microblading services, and will be applied to the final cost of your appointment. This deposit is to ensure you are serious about booking your microblading treatment, and to minimize the risk of cancellations and no-shows. This deposit is non- refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment once if a reschedule is made with at least 48 hours notice.

Cancellation Policy: Ella Allure E&W enforces a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you need to cancel/reschedule, please email info@ellaallurecharlotte.com or call 980-833-5929 (voicemails are fine). If you reschedule with at least 48 hours notice, your $25 deposit will be transferred to your new appointment (one time only). If you cancel/reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, or if you are a no-show, you will forfeit your deposit and will be required to put down a new $25 deposit to secure another appointment. The balance of your payment is due immediately following your scheduled appointment. 

Late Policy: To ensure adequate time for each appointment, a strict 15 minute grace period is observed. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. In this event, your deposit is forfeited, and you will be required to put down a new deposit to reserve a new appointment. If you feel you will be late on the day of your appointment, please communicate this so arrangements can be made. 


Refund Policy: There are no refunds permitted on any services performed at Ella Allure Esthetics & Wellness. Please read through all policies, forms, and information provided before proceeding with your appointment.
